Alex Shullman

Alex graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Engineering Product Design. He has worked in the engineering design field at IDEO Product Development, XtraCycle Intl, and Unovo Product Development. Alex is the regional coordinator for Play-Well TEKnologies, an educational group which uses LEGO™ bricks to teach basic principles of engineering to students in the San Francisco Bay Area. He holds a patent for his contributions to the external cooling systems for a ceramic pottery kiln designed for in-home use.

 

Alex has designed various database systems for the car wash, plumbing, and research based industries. He was the operational director for the bath retailer, Waterworks, website during their first on-line e-commerce project. He has also lectured at Stanford University, builds commissioned LEGO™ sculptures, and runs BrickBridge, a San Francisco themed LEGO™ model rental company.
